The biggest celebratory event in March is always St. Patrick's Day. If you have outdoor dinning with television view capabilities, a March Madness viewing party is a great way to try and make things feel normal again using safe distancing and wearing masks outside.

Sunday, Mar 28th: ✝️ Palm Sunday / ✑️ Passover
Mar 28th marks Palm Sunday for those of Christian faith and the first day of Passover for those of the Jewish faith. Being on a Sunday, family dinner specials or catering specials could be the perfect complement to the fatigue of cooking three meals a day for larger families. The end of March the weather should be warm enough in all US regions for backyard parties and family gathers so running some targeted ads for Palm Sunday or Passover. Remember those of the Jewish faith tend to avoid rice, beans, corn and other foods like lentils and edamame at Passover. So catering options for them should reflect that.
