“We needed to capitalize on the lunch crowds because we’re located in the food hall near a lot of office parks. So Targetable began focusing on a 1-mile radius to bring people in for lunch. Within a week, I was seeing all kinds of new faces. We had a much bigger volume of office workers coming in for fresh pasta.
