Failed Onboarding: Issues With Location Info On Business Page

Targetable utilizes geo-targeting in all Campaigns that it creates. Accordingly, your Facebook Business Page must include a valid street address. If it doesn’t, Targetable will experience issues connecting to your Business Page.

Targetable utilizes geo-targeting in all Campaigns that it creates. Accordingly, your Facebook Business Page must include a valid street address. If it doesn’t, you will receive the following error from Targetable:


Follow these steps to fix this issue:

1. Access your Facebook Business Page and click the Settings link. 

2. In the Settings menu, click the Page Info link. 

3. In the Page Info menu, make sure the Location section includes the following settings:

  • Has a street address box must be checked
  • An address with valid street, city, state, and zip code must be listed
  • Customers visit my business at my street address box must be checked
